Dr Lisa Harris is the founder of Maiden Health and a highly regarded fertility specialist, obstetrician and gynaecologist. Dr Lisa is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and a member of the Fertility Society of Australia. She has been practising as an OBGYN for fifteen years, and has three children.
“My decision to open Maiden Health was driven by my passion for women-centred care. I wanted to create a safe, welcoming practice where women of all ages could come and feel truly listened to about their health and fertility concerns, and where the quality care they received would be carefully personalised to them.
I don’t want anyone to feel that they are just a number, and bring energy and warmth to my relationships with my patients. Many of these relationships are longstanding, and I am honoured that so many of my patients — and now their families and friends — have had multiple pregnancies with me.”
